We have an opportunity for a
Customer Specialistto joinour
Housing Team. This is a fixed term role until the end of September 2023.


For this role, you'll need:


  • Previous experience or a good understanding of delivering a range of housing management services
  • The ability to selfmotivate and be highly organised working within a team and individually
  • Strong communication skills with previous experience of working with customers in a demanding environment
  • The ability to problem solve and recognise when there's a risk
This role will be based at our office in Newbury.

We're taking a hybrid approach to home and office working, you'll be in the office at least twice a week and for team meetings and events.
