Room Leader

Must have a relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare £ £12.

00 p/w, 42.5 hours p/w An OFSTED good recognised setting close to Billericay Train Station, a unique purpose built setting with five spacious rooms and decked and covered outdoor classroom

Responsibilities:

Work closely with your team to create a shared vision of the room
Supervise, support, and allocate tasks and duties to your team
Provide a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for the children to learn, play and develop
Create interesting and inspiring activities to children to learn through play
Build relationships with key children and record their interests and achievements through observations
