    Accounts Assistant for one of the UK's largest vaping manufacturers based in the Whetstone, LE8 area.
This is a Monday to Friday temp to perm position that pays between £11.80 to £12.82 p/h.


Job duties:


  • Assist with daytoday accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records
  • Process invoices utilising Xero accounting software
  • Preparation of sales invoices and credit notes
  • Processing supplier payments for approval
  • Carry out various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.
  • Perform adhoc tasks as required by the team.

The ideal applicant will demonstrate:


  • Ideally has experience working in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Preferably experience with Xero accounting software.
  • Preferably experience with using Shopify.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
