The Role:


  • Manage Accounts Payable, handle disputed invoices, and use escalation routes for effective resolution.
  • Lead and motivate an efficient accounts payable team for accurate and timely work.
  • Process supplier invoices, resolve queries, reconcile payments, and ensure timely payments.
  • Manage payment arrangements within authorization limits for financial control.
  • Optimize the payment cycle to enhance organizational cash flow and financial stability.
  • Build strong supplier relationships, proactively resolve payment issues, and collaborate for accuracy and compliance.

The Person:


  • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable/Finance roles.
  • Proven track record in managing teams within a finance environment.
  • Ability to drive and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft skills, especially Excel.
  • Detailoriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.
  • Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
