£22,241, Increasing in February (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)


The role of Customer Service is ideal if you are someone looking for a new opportunity to work Monday - Friday, with no late nights and can guide our students through every step of their learning experience with us, helping them feel supported and excited throughout.


Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to our staff and students
  • Guiding our students through every step of their learning experience
  • Engage in crosscollege and external activities and events
  • Arranging appointments for students with specialists in other areas
  • Processing fee payments and issuing college ID cards
  • Maintaining record systems

After your first year with us, success would look like:

After the first year you will be proficient in all service delivery functions and systems, have a clear understanding of the college structure and support network and you will demonstrating our college values on a daily basis whilst having a positive impact on all service users.

You will also be in a position to look at promotional opportunities within the department and college wide.

  • Have the ability to build relationships with our staff and students.
  • Experience of working in a service delivery role, a professional attitude and confident with IT systems
