CMA Recruitment Group is working closely with a well-established leisure brand based in Southampton, to support with the recruitment of a Systems Finance Analyst.

The Systems Finance Analyst will work within the Finance department acting as a key point of contact for various IT-related aspects and serve as liaison between Finance and IT departments, in the EU and US.

Responsibilities of the Systems Finance Analyst will include:

Defining standard finance business and systems processes along with implementing and enforcing adherence to those standards across EMEA;
Supporting on Oracle or other ERP system implementations and integrations across multiple business entities;
Supporting ERP related projects designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes;
Develop documentation for related methods and procedures, including process flows and training / user guides;
Research and propose process improvements, software features and system functionality for manager consideration.
AAT qualification and relevant accounting background including a minimum of 5 years' working within a finance and accountancy role;
Excellent IT skills including advanced Excel, ability to work with various ERP systems including Netsuite Oracle;
Good attention to detail and a commercially driven mind set;
Good knowledge of SOX compliance.
