We are looking for bright and motivated 2023 graduates to join one of the UK's leading business advisory firms as Graduate Associate's working in the Transaction Services Team.

Working within the Transaction Services department, you will benefit from working within a small team, resulting in a high level of exposure and responsibility from the start.


The main functions of the department include:

  • Advising on corporate transactions, primarily undertaking financial due diligence on the 'buyside';
  • Preparing valuations;
  • Financial modelling;
  • Forensic accounting and litigation support;
  • Advising on and approving debt/bond offerings and other fundraisings;
  • Advising on IPOs and providing specialist accounting advice/services

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of due diligence reports, including communicating with clients.
  • Analysing company and industry information to draft valuation reports, including researching
- comparable transactions and determining appropriate multiples.

  • To assist with the preparation of forensic accounting advisory and expert witness reports for use in litigation or other disputes.
  • Reviewing financial forecasts, proposals and marketing materials relating to fundraisings and alternative investment offerings, as well as ensuring compliance with FCA regulations where relevant.
  • Preparing monthly Net Asset Value reports for high net worth clients.
  • Drafting articles and industry reports for publication on the company's website and LinkedIn
- pages.

  • The preparation of financial models.
  • Involvement in business development opportunities.


In this role, you will be fully supported in studying towards the ACA qualification, which will complement and enhance your on-the-job experience.
