£27,500 per annum

Brooks's is a prestigious Private Members' Club in St James's Street, London. It is one of the oldest and most exclusive Clubs in the world.

We are currently looking for a
Head Waiter/Head waitress to join our dynamic team.

Monday to Friday operation, straight shifts on a rotating morning service and evening service, with the occasional need of split shifts

The main duties of this role are as follows:

to provide an excellent service for our Members

- to coordinate the waiters and assist the manager.
- to run a breakfast service (taking orders, making teas or coffees) or afternoon and evening service by assisting the manager and operating in the dining room.
- to take responsibility for your actions
- to make sure all the orders are placed for the following day.

The Club is usually closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays, and is closed for three weeks in August and throughout Christmas and Easter each year.

Salary:
£27,500.00 per year
