Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a Team Lead to join them in Antonine House Care Home. Antonine House is a luxury private care home in the popular town of Bearsden. It is among the country's finest, providing nursing and dementia care at its best and surpassing national care standards.

Your role as a Meallmore Team Lead will include:

Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
Oversee and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.
Develop and implement individualised and personcentred care plans based on residents' needs and preferences.
Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or medical concerns.
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation.
Promote a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications and skills:

At least two years Care Home experience
Relevant nursing qualification (RGN, RMN or RLDN)
Current registration with the NMC
Welldeveloped clinical knowledge
The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
Professional confidence with a calm approach and the ability to set professional boundaries
Strong communication skills
Collaborative approach to your work
Understanding of regulatory frameworks

Salary:
£21.18 per hour + overtime rates + benefits

Hours: 39.37 hours per week
