Our highly successful and profitable Glasgow office is looking for our next motivated individual to join the North American team to continue to grow and develop the US market.

Role Overview:


As a Consultant at AD Energy, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent to fill critical Renewable Energy job roles within our clients in the North American Sector.

You will also build networks of talent to present to clients and create opportunity where there may not be a need.

You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior hiring executives to understand their needs, devise effective recruitment strategies, and help build a workforce that drives innovation in the renewable energy sector.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and growth objectives.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and market them effectively to attract top talent.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to optimize recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and technological advancements to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's employer brand an recruitment practices.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a billing Recruiter, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industries such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction.
  • Ability to learn and understand renewable energy technologies, market trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with professionals in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to the growth of the renewable energy industry.

£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
