We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve their goals and objectives.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard, and providing guidance and support to team members.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve their goals and objectives.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Manage the recruitment and training of new team members as required.
  • Identify and manage any potential risks to the team or the business.
  • Ensure that all team members have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).

Salary:
£26,592.00-£28,394.00 per year
