Position Summary:


This position is ideal for someone looking to expand their work experience within property management, who is ambitious and wants to progress. The position is currently part time with a lot of opportunity for overtime and with plans to progress to a full time role with more responsibility such as a property management area management.


StayRight is seeking a Property Management Assistant to work alongside our property manager to contribute to the seamless operation of our serviced accommodation units.

This role is crucial to ensure that our properties and storage units are safe, well maintained and aesthetically pleasing, thereby providing an excellent experience for our guests.

This role has progression opportunity into an "Area Property Manager" which includes managing a team and more areas of responsibility.


Position Overview:

As the Airbnb Property Management Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of jobs required to keep everything running smoothly in our properties.

This includes anything from replenishing stock, coordinating deliveries and new property set ups, inventories and inspections for cleanliness and maintenance.

This position is crucial to upholding the company's commitment to excellence and ensuring the satisfaction of property owners and guests.


Responsibilities:


Routine Maintenance Inspections:
Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and safety of all serviced accommodations.


Replenishment:
Replenishing stock and items in our storage units and properties when required.


Inventory Management:
Keep an inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment & maintaining our storage site. Report when supplies need replenishing and ensure the availability of necessary items for efficient maintenance work.


Emergency Response:
Be hopefully available for on-call duties in case of guest or property emergencies.


Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of activities, including work performed, materials used, and expenses incurred & smoke/carbon monoxide records. Provide reports to the Operations Manager and other relevant team members.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in maintenance is NOT required.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and customerfocused mindset to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Reliable and able to coordinate promptly with the team
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform minor manual labour as needed. For example receiving a delivery of IKEA furniture.
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
