- Responding to customer enquiries and logging service requests accurately
- Supporting the scheduling of service engineers and updating calendars
- Assisting with basic troubleshooting or passing on technical queries
- Preparing and sending quotes and invoices
- Providing regular updates to customers about their service status
- Your work will directly contribute to smooth day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction.
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- Confidence to engage in basic technical discussions with customers
- Good working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to embrace new challenges
- Experience in a coordination, scheduling or service-focused role (desirable but not essential)
- Up to £27,000 depending on experience
