Female Support staff required 25 hours a week Tuesday to Friday.

We are recruiting support workers for a young lady, living with family in Hereford.


Her main language is Romanian, so care staff that can speak both Romanian and English are essential.
To help develop social connections, improve independence, and provide respite for family members that provide care. To enable to enjoy activities such as working with animals, gardening, and woodwork, swimming and music groups.

Supervision and support are required with all aspects of personal care with encouragement, to be as independent as possible. This young lady has limited concepts of risks i.e., road safety, personal boundaries, and hot liquids.

Experience in a similar role is desirable.

This position involves regular work with children or vulnerable adults, you will need to have a enhanced DBS check. This might need to include a children's and adults' barred list check.

Driver preferable to enable travel to activities to meet needs and preferences, travel expenses covered.
