Operator II, Manufacturing


  • Location: Warrington
  • Shift Pattern: Day shift 37.5 hours weekly

A day in the life:

  • Be able to work in cleanrooms wearing PPE, minimising human DNA touch points.
  • Operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process.
  • Take an active role in process improvements to increase efficiency or productivity, utilising the PPI (Practical process improvement) business system to constantly raise the bar in the team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment for everyone who enters the production areas.
  • Closely managing cross functional collaboration, including working with teams such as Engineering and Material handling.
  • Complete documentation to GDP standards.
  • A certain level of manual handling can be involved and standing for long periods of time.

Keys to success:
Experience

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable but all training will be provided.
  • Previous manufacturing experience in a Clean Room environment is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate ability to be proactive and work well as part of a team or as an individual.
