Operator II, Manufacturing

Location: Warrington
Shift Pattern: Day shift 37.5 hours weekly

A day in the life:

Be able to work in cleanrooms wearing PPE, minimising human DNA touch points.
Operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process.
Take an active role in process improvements to increase efficiency or productivity, utilising the PPI (Practical process improvement) business system to constantly raise the bar in the team.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment for everyone who enters the production areas.
Closely managing cross functional collaboration, including working with teams such as Engineering and Material handling.
Complete documentation to GDP standards.
A certain level of manual handling can be involved and standing for long periods of time.

Keys to success:
Experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable but all training will be provided.
Previous manufacturing experience in a Clean Room environment is a plus.
Must demonstrate ability to be proactive and work well as part of a team or as an individual.
