**Customer Service Advisor
West-Bridgford
£20, £21,000.00

FTC (9-12 Months)**Macildowie are delighted to be working alongside a fantastic business to recruit the next addition to their
Customer Service team, just outside of
West Bridgford.

This is a
full-time contract, lasting between 9-12 months.
Working hours are Monday to Friday (08:30-16:30) with the requirement of working 1 in 3 Sundays (09:00-13:00) with the following Friday off.**Role & Responsibilities**:
  • Managing high
  • volumes of inbound and outbound calls for customer queries.
  • Inputting daily customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate.
  • Proactively report on discontinued products and share this with customers to identify early, alternatives to retain business.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure monthly KPI's are met.
  • Being an excellent role model for the Customer Service brand.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident with a solutionled approach.
  • Experience using SAP is desirable.
