Description
CATS Administrator

High quality administrative and secretarial support is key to the successful running of this vital specialist paediatric intensive care transport service (CATS).

The post holder will be based within an active 24/7 emergency paediatric intensive care transport office and will be central to the day-to-day running of this regional service.

Due to the profile of the service the post holder will be required to have excellent communication skills when dealing with a range of individuals across the multi-disciplinary team as well as external to the organisation.

In order to cover a 24/7 service the post holder will be required to work a shift pattern working 11.5h hour shifts, covering both office and out of hours which involves nights and weekends.

The successful applicant will have worked within a health care setting/NHS setting with experience in an administrative role.

This is a busy post with specific responsibilities, therefore the post holder must be able to work independently (lone working on occasion), prioritise their workload and meet deadlines.
