Where do you fit in?


Youll carry out regulatory checks and update everyone involved, working closely with other teams to deliver a successful client journey.

Youll be writing letters, scanning documents, and proofing meeting notes.

Confident with Excel, you wont fear a formula, and will put your literacy and numeracy skills to good use in this varied and busy role.

IT and system savvy, youll be able to navigate around third-party platforms. Youll be aware of deadlines and the need to prioritise, as some of your work will be time sensitive.

Youll use your excellent admin skills and attention to detail to deliver a first-class service to our clients, ensuring the success of your team and our business.

What do you need to be successful?

Admin experience is a must please, along with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Experience within the Financial services industry would be awesome though we are happy to offer lots of training

  • The ability to meet deadlines effectively organising and prioritising your workload, alongside your team
  • Adaptable, friendly, and willing to learn

We work Monday to Friday from 9 to 5.30. Following your training period, hybrid working will be available. Due to our rural location, youll need your own transport.
