Our relentless growth has created an exciting opportunity for a full-time Technical Sales Consultant to become a pivotal part of our dynamic sales and technical team, covering UK territories and beyond.

Who We're Looking For:
Are you an experienced and technically astute sales professional? Do you have a deep understanding of AV sales, AV system design, and even a knack for control system programming? We want you to join our team as a Technical Sales Consultant.
You'll report directly to the business owner and provide a spectrum of services, from sales and technical solution design to engineering and business development.
Your Role:
As our Technical Sales Consultant, you will be part of a small global remote sales team, working from the comfort of your home (with regular on-site work when required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and expand our client base within your assigned territories.
- Research and recommend new products and services to stay at the forefront of the industry.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customer accounts.
- Keep up with the latest industry developments and monitor our competitors' market positioning.
- Follow up with new leads and referrals.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows.
- Develop the company's relationships with key suppliers in the Corporate AV market.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Corporate AV markets for AV consultancies.
- Determine customers' technical needs and propose suitable products.
- Prepare proposals and technical reports.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Design and review system schematics, manuals, wiring diagrams, and other specifications.
- Create specialized designs, including site and floor plans, riser diagrams, Bill of Materials, and more.
- Provide technical support to other departments when needed.
- Revise and update technical CAD drawings using AutoCAD.
- Identify opportunities within assigned AV markets for our products and services.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the Audio-Visual sector or a related industry
- 3+ years of CAD experience.
- 3+ years of AV commissioning or similar experience.
- 3+ years of AV system design experience.
- An existing client base and a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and IT fluency.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A selfdriven, independent work style.
- A gogetter with drive, determination, and resilience.
- A full driving licence.
- Practical experience in installing AV products and solutions.
- Some interest and knowledge of Marketing.
