Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of the company, including managing a team in operations, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and drive overall success.
  • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
  • Accountable for managing and achieving key KPIs, quality excellence, and system improvement and development.
  • Monitor daily operations and deal with issues as they arise.
  • Manage the needs of all stakeholders, internal and external, and include them in the strategic planning.
  • Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business operations.
  • Directly responsible for driving an efficient, consistent, and highquality service to our customers at every interaction.
  • Manage and allocate resources, including budget and personnel, to meet business needs and volume requirements.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven decision making.
  • Demonstrated experience with business operations management, project management, and database management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
  • Experience with financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
