Requirements of the Landscape Construction Team Leader

Soft landscape installation experience, ideally with fencing and irrigation works also.
Ability to read landscape construction plans and set out projects accordingly.
Experience of motivating and managing a successful team.
Driver's licence, CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS.

Responsibilities of the Landscape Construction Team Leader

Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for delivering commercial soft landscaping schemes predominantly across Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Surrey and the surrounding areas.
Working closely with your team you will ensure they are motivated, organised and managed to produce great projects to the highest standards.
You and your team will complete turfing, general planting, tree installations and other associated works.
You will direct and supervise, ensuring compliance with site specific policies and procedures.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to £34,000.00 per year
