You will be responsible for providing a first-class hospitality experience to our members and their guests, with a warm and friendly approach.

Ensure that the experience being offered to the members is in keeping with IHG standards.

Leading a team of waiters and porters.
Delegating jobs & roles clearly and monitoring success.
Having full knowledge of set and closedown procedures.
Dealing with special requests or requirements.
Ensuring that staffing levels always reflect the need of the department.
Assisting F&B Managers in ensuring that all staff attend relevant food safety and allergen training.
