Volunteer Personal Assistant to the Chairperson - Empower Leadership in Finance and Charity Management

Job Overview:
As the Volunteer Personal Assistant to the Chairperson, you'll play a vital role in supporting our dynamic leader in the realms of finance, entrepreneurship, and charity management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairperson's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel related to both business and charity endeavours.
- Prioritise conflicting appointments, ensuring optimal use of the Chairperson's time for finance and charity responsibilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairperson and internal/external stakeholders for both business and charity matters.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of financial reports, presentations, and documents.
- Maintain accurate records and files for both the financial and charity aspects of the Chairperson's responsibilities.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events related to business and charity operations.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items in both business and charity contexts.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special projects and initiatives related to both finance and charity work.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism in both spheres.
- Maintain confidentiality in all communications and interactions.
Task Prioritisation and Time Management:
- Proactively identify priorities and manage competing demands to optimise the Chairperson's time for both finance and charity responsibilities.
- Anticipate needs and take initiative to address them effectively in both business and charity contexts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant supporting highlevel executives.
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information in both financial and charity matters.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
