Talent Partner (Life Sciences)

- £14-£19 ph PAYE

Responsibilities:

Drive the end to end recruitment processes, leading strategic hiring engagements and talent attraction strategies
Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements
Develop sourcing strategies for your area of responsibility in the UK, using your market knowledge and data analysis to inform these decisions
Work closely with the business to develop campaigns which support recruitment drives or initiatives such as career fairs, industry events etc.

Optimise the use of CRM system, through proactive talent pooling, recruitment marketing and employer branding
Collaborate with HRBP's to anticipate future needs in relation to talent strategy, pipelining and ensure the correct talent attraction strategies are in place
Manage external recruitment agencies where needed

Skills/ Experience:

Experience as a Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally gained in a similar inhouse, RPO or Agency environment within the Life Sciences sector
Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices and well versed in various sourcing, head

- hunting and recruiting methodologies
