3D Designer - Events & Exhibitions

We seek an experienced and skilled 3D Designer to compliment the expanding Graphics division of a Global full service face-to-face live events & marketing partner, who create some of the most incredible exhibitions, events, sales conferences and exhibitions of all sizes.

Encompassing every detail from initial strategy, show-stopping audio visual and insightful measurement, they bring brands to life

Working within the expanding Design team and liaising with the Graphics / Features team, you will work on an array of 3D designs for Exhibition organisers in bespoke 'Feature Areas', as well as a mix of marketing collateral for events and exhibitions, adhering to exacting brand guidelines and tight deadlines.

Role responsibilities:

Provide 3D designs, sketch and technical drawings from a brief, suppling them in as individual drawings as well as part of a presentation pack
Ensure all deadlines are met for 3D designs, design concepts and sign off process.
Ensure all schedules are kept up to date and project accessible
Strong communication with Graphics / Features PM's and the Graphics production department, constantly updating with deadline/schedule changes.
Accurately allocate design hours to projects and job numbers.
Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted across the wider Business
Take a participative role in the Company's sustainability initiative and ensure where possible your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish.

You must have demonstrable experience working within a similar role in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment, be proficient with multiple software suites including 3DS Max, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative (including Indesign & Illustrator for 3D rendering).Just as importantly, you will have exceptional communication skills and be accustomed to working with multiple stakeholders including Marketing, Creative, Production and Digital, utilising a robust and instantly engaging personality, complemented by strong administrative skills and a very keen eye for detail.

Ideally you'll have a strong technical appreciation of the Graphics industry as you'll be liaising with the Studio, Creative & Graphics production teams on the development of concepts, working closely and collaboratively with other colleagues in the Business to deliver complete and fully integrated project solutions

With flair, imagination and the energy to multi-task, you'll display a professional approach to work & appearance, functioning under pressure and remaining calm, with a clear ability to prioritise and to communicate highly effectively at all levels.
