Are you an HGV driver fed up of not knowing when you're working next, or when your work will die down? Are you an experienced yard shunter looking for work in a stable industry?

If you answered yes, then look no further - XPO Logistics are recruiting


We're looking for a full-time, Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver (Nights), to join us based from our site in Aylesbury.

You'll be working as a Yard Shunter, 50 hours per week, 4 on 4 off. In return for your hard work, we'll offer you a competitive salary of £40,326 p/a.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • You'll be performing trailer movements in our busy regional yard
  • You will be driving a Tug onsite so previous experience would be an advantage
  • All work is yard based, no road work is expected

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • LGV / HGV C+E/Class 1 Entitlement on your licence
  • No more than 6 points, with no DD or DR endorsements present
  • CPC and Digital Tacho card
