What you'll do:


This role will provide PA support to the VSOL Finance Director who has accountability for all components of Financial performance for the VSOL group working closely with the VSOL CEO, Group CFO and Group Finance.


  • Build, manage, maintain and facilitate the Directors agenda with a remit across VSOL and central Group functions
  • Liaising with internal and external partners and stakeholders (suppliers, partners, SLT and Exco members included)
  • Travel arrangements and expenses management
  • Coordinate and arrange external and internal events across markets and with external partners
  • Agenda preparation for weekly and monthly senior management meetings Organisation and logistics for department wide events e.g. All Hands meetings, team building events and Webinars
  • Work closely with other PA's, sharing best practice, proactively seeking opportunities for consistency in support or the introduction of new initiatives. Ensure adequate cover is maintained in times of absence.

Who you are:


  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Proven experience in successfully supporting Senior Executives
  • Project Management and organisation skills
  • Positive & Cando attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm when under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good influencing ability, confident and challenging when appropriate
  • Flexible towards work requirements
  • Builds effective relationships, breaks down barriers.
  • Understanding of Vodafone Technology objectives and policies.
