Based at our Wells office, we are looking for a part time Lead Generator that will generate qualified new business leads for the sales team through a combination of cold calling and other communication streams including LinkedIn.


This role would suit a self-motivated individual that can harvest relationships quickly through persistent and targeted communication, some IT experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

This is a part time role initially but could lead to further hours. We are looking for someone to work 2-3 days a week to begin with, no weekend work. Ideally 9am-3pm but we are flexible on this during the employment stage.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively make outbound calls spending a large part of your time on the phone.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of quality leads for the Account Manager.
  • Create leads in (CRM) and maintain system with accurate information.
  • Learn and maintain an indepth knowledge of the Company's product portfolio and awareness of competitor products.
  • Maintain an awareness of industry trends.
  • Work with the marketing team on campaigns and ideas.
  • Create, maintain and execute a clear sales plan for daily, weekly & monthly sales activity.
  • Participate in regular team meetings.
  • Meet and exceed sales bookings targets.
  • Support the Account Manager when required.
  • Support all internal sales activity.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven 1 year + experience in new business telephone sales or new business lead generation role.
  • Relevant professional sales training and experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills with an ability to quickly establish customer rapport over the phone.
  • Good understanding of technology.
  • A good degree of computer literacy and technical understanding.
  • IT sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
