About The Role:

We are excited to announce a brand new position in our growing firm. We require a proactive, highly organised, service focussed individual to fulfil a crucial role in our support staff team. This unique position will be supporting and reporting to the Managing Partner's Executive Assistant.

Based in

Worcester you will provide in-depth business support to the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner.

Being the first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for the Managing Partner and anticipating needs where possible.
Attending events (internal / external) and assist in ensuring events run smoothly.
Coordinating internal correspondence and ensuring deadlines are met by partners across the firm (on behalf of the MP).
Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms
Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and wordprocessing
Proactive diary management
Act with the highest level of discretion and professionalism at all times.

About You:

As a Legal Secretary you will have:

Experience within a legal environment (preferable but not essential) / professional services environment
Strong administration experience
Experience of working in a client facing environment.
Broad knowledge of administrative tasks in legal practices.
Sound knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, Zoom, etc.
Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work
Strong communication and organisation skills
Ability to travel on a ad hoc basis to any of HCR offices to provide support to the EA and Managing Partner
