I am a 12 year old boy living in Sudbury who is looking for a patient personal assistant/companion who can support me both at my home and out and about.

Essential Criteria:

- patient
- good communication
- good understanding.

Desirable Criteria
- experience in a similar role.

Summary terms and conditions:

10 hours available per week
Mondays 3pm5.30pm, Wednesdays 3pm5.30pm, Thursdays 3pm5.30pm and Saturdays 9am11am

- the annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work normally done during 5.6 weeks (statutory entitlement)
- you will be reimbursed for prior agreed expenses incurred as part of the role
