My client, one of the Big 4 accountancy practices, is rapidly growing its legal services team and is looking to speak with driven and intellectually curious corporate lawyers who would be excited about the prospect of joining a multi-disciplinary team.

The team provides client solutions across a broad range of corporate legal services spanning cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, joint ventures, reorganisations and general corporate legal advisory work.

Generally speaking, the transactions that the team advise on are mid-market.

About you

You will be a driven and proactive individual, someone with a keen desire to learn and get close to the business side of projects, and someone who can see the benefits of providing legal services within a multi-disciplinary practice.

You will have broad experience across all manner of corporate law issues but will likely have a focus and interest in M&A work.

Experience dealing with mid-market deals is desirable.

Due to planned future growth, this role will suit someone with an entrepreneurial flair and someone who is keen to engage in business development opportunities.
