Didsbury.

You will be working alongside
our Lettings & Invsetment Manager and the rest of our fantastic team who pride themselves on fostering an enjoyable and exciting working environment.

The Role:

Typical tasks will include but are not limited to;

Act as the first point of contact for clients and customers, this includes, registering clients on our property software, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage advice appointments
Conduct viewings where needed
Generate new business and crossservice opportunities between lettings, sales and financial services
Oversee the lettings process including taking offers and progressing the lettings pipeline
Support the branch on sales when needed
Persuasive and commercially astute
Enthusiastic and professional client care and contact skills
Lettings Negotiator experience is mandatory as this is not a trainee position
Property management experience highly preferable but we do offer training
Ideally ARLA Level 3 Qualified
Full and clean driving licence and own car which is legally roadworthy and insured for business use
Can commit to fulltime working hours including Saturdays on a rota (currently 1 in 3)
