Description
Extrabuild is currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Civils Operatives to join our team on a full-time basis. We are looking for experienced Civils Utilities Gangs to work on the FTTH / Openreach FTTH network.


Responsibilities:


  • Excavating in the highways in accordance with NRSWA
  • Installing new ducts and chambers
  • Clearing blockages
  • Rod, Rope, and Testing
  • Box Building
  • Compliance with Specification for Reinstatement of Openings in Highways
  • Maintaining a positive, professional image of the company

What you'll need

  • Previous experience is essential competent in the use of mechanical Civils equipment
  • 2man crews only
  • A full UK driving licence, held for at least 12 months.
  • Up to date Civils accreditations on Smart awards (please contact for list of accreditations required)
  • Valid NRSWA Streetworks Operative units
  • Must be 25 or over

Benefits:


  • Competitive day rates (dependant on experience)
  • All tools and Van supplied
  • Weekend working available

Salary:
£350.00-£500.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
