IT Support Analyst

  • Manchester City Centre
- £30k-£35k


I have an fantastic opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate IT Support Analyst (SQL experience) to join a growing events company in the heart of Manchester.

This is a hybrid position 2 days WFH, 3 days in office, Monday

  • Friday, 37.5hrs a week.

Responsibilities:


  • Taking a leading role in the support, maintenance, and development of key business software packages
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of new IT systems as required from testing to launching
  • Making recommendations to management on opportunities for future development
  • To assist the Events IT Team in providing IT services to organizer, exhibitors and delegates when necessary

Requirements:


  • Advanced use of SQL
  • Experience with computer networks
  • Experience with IT Project Lifestyles
  • General understanding of Microsoft Server and desktop operating systems
  • Experience in a computer services or customer services environment
  • Understand of cloud computing environments, specifically Microsoft Azure
