    Senior Administrator - Defined Benefit Team

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join our award-winning Defined Benefit team due to several new business wins.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prioritize and manage the day-to-day workload of the team, ensuring smooth operations in collaboration with the Administration Manager.
    • Ensure timely completion of client work within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
    • Handle complex pension tasks such as calculations and scheme project work.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, trustees, and senior scheme members.
    • Participate in annual projects including renewals, benefit statements, and pension increases.
    • Provide guidance and advice to junior colleagues.
    • Collaborate on process and procedural improvements.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will possess:

    • In-depth knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes.
    • The ability to perform complex calculations, including leavers, retirements, deaths, and transfers in and out.
    • A minimum of 3 years of technical experience from a Third Party or In-House background.
    • Strong numeracy, communication, and organizational skills.
