We are currently recruiting for a Service Controller to be based from our Leeds office, LS12 with parking on site.


The Service Controller will work with the service centre team, primary objective is taking responsibility for ensuring that all planned maintenance and breakdowns are attended by the relevant skillset of engineer and are carried out and completed with agreed client SLA'S.


Responsibilities:


You will:


  • Take on responsibility for the delivery of mechanical and electrical for a key NG Bailey account within client SLA's
  • Allocating reactive/quoted works to engineers and scheduling the work in
  • Liaising with Contract Management to Obtain relevant order number/instruction for quoted works, ensuring all documentation and customer approvals are attached to the project log
  • Instructing subcontractors to carry out reactive repairs, reviewing resulting paperwork and passing through for invoicing
  • Daily monitoring of all outstanding and overdue reactive/PPM and quoted jobs, progressing all works through to completion
  • Carry out issue resolution on any works that have not progressed through to Billing, including but not limited to:
  • Requesting Credit Notes from Subcontractors
  • Updating Purchase Order information
  • Goods Receipt Notification
  • Obtaining relevant supporting documentation to confirm compliance to statutory regulations

Requirements:


You will have:


  • Prior experience of Administrative roles, preferably in M&E or related service businesses.
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Accurate Keyboard skills)
  • Attention to detail in numeracy
  • Customer Service experience
