Description
You will be responsible for providing essential administrative support and contributing to the smooth functioning of the day-to-day activitiesDuties include:
- Working on the front desk and being the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and colleagues
- Managing and coordinating all administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Answering the telephone and resolving any queries
- Arranging travel plans and hotel stays for employees
- Accurately recording data and maintaining the database
- Preparing and reviewing reports
- Any other administrative tasks as required
