Description
You will be responsible for providing essential administrative support and contributing to the smooth functioning of the day-to-day activities


Duties include:

  • Working on the front desk and being the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and colleagues
  • Managing and coordinating all administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Answering the telephone and resolving any queries
  • Arranging travel plans and hotel stays for employees
  • Accurately recording data and maintaining the database
  • Preparing and reviewing reports
  • Any other administrative tasks as required
