HR Administrator Apprentice

Hours:

Full Time, 37.5 hours per week (we would consider a minimum of 30 hours per week) Working Term Time plus 2 weeks during the school holidays (41 weeks) to meet the dept & payroll requirements.

Salary:

UL Apprenticeship rates: £10,374 per annum - £15,541 per annum Full Time Equivalent dependent upon age and year of Apprenticeship.

Contract:
Fixed Term Contract expected to end July 2025.

Glenmoor & Winton Academies are looking to appoint a HR Administrator Apprentice, looking to develop a career in HR, who is an efficient and highly motivated individual to provide effective HR and payroll support across our two schools.

Glenmoor & Winton Academies are busy places of learning and work so the ability to organise, prioritise and be flexible are key requirements.

The main purpose of this role is:

To provide an efficient HR and payroll administration service to the Academies.
To assist a wide range of HR administrative duties including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and safeguarding checks, absence management, payroll administration, and filing.
To help ensure the smooth running of the HR administrative processes by contributing to excellent communication with all relevant stakeholders.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and HR Assistant, joining a friendly and supportive team, that is hardworking and share a mission of providing excellence to the Academies.
