HR Administrator Apprentice
Hours:
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week (we would consider a minimum of 30 hours per week) Working Term Time plus 2 weeks during the school holidays (41 weeks) to meet the dept & payroll requirements.
Salary:
UL Apprenticeship rates: £10,374 per annum - £15,541 per annum Full Time Equivalent dependent upon age and year of Apprenticeship.
Contract:
Fixed Term Contract expected to end July 2025.

October 2023
Glenmoor & Winton Academies are looking to appoint a HR Administrator Apprentice, looking to develop a career in HR, who is an efficient and highly motivated individual to provide effective HR and payroll support across our two schools.
Glenmoor & Winton Academies are busy places of learning and work so the ability to organise, prioritise and be flexible are key requirements.
The main purpose of this role is:
- To provide an efficient HR and payroll administration service to the Academies.
- To assist a wide range of HR administrative duties including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and safeguarding checks, absence management, payroll administration, and filing.
- To help ensure the smooth running of the HR administrative processes by contributing to excellent communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- You will work closely with the HR Manager and HR Assistant, joining a friendly and supportive team, that is hardworking and share a mission of providing excellence to the Academies.
