The role will be integral to delivering an exciting programme of events that support the delivery of the Landsec strategy and enhance our brand reputation, internally and externally.
The role will take full responsibility for the delivery of key internal and external events while also providing support as part of a wider team on larger projects such as the Landsec Spotlight Awards, Landsec Experience and new development or product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Events Manager on the delivery of internal and external events
- Oversee specific events from concept through to delivery and evaluation
- Developing and maintaining a project plan for each event, adhering to deadlines and running regular meetings with team members
- Sourcing, negotiating and managing venues (where appropriate) and relevant suppliers /internal suppliers such as IT/catering
- Managing and maintaining the events calendar
- Understanding and adhering to all insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
- Lead onsite delivery of each event
- Maintaining and building relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Preparing joining instructions/briefing notes for relevant events
- Strong crossteam collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative and problem solve
- Creative thinker willing to challenge the norm
- Flexible approach to duties and working hours / willingness to attend events occurring outside of normal work hours
- Existing events or project management experience
- The ability to selfmanage projects and timelines
Salary:
Starting from £30,000 per annum
