Accounts, budgets, cashflows and deadlines are important here but so are the Apprentices, Bookkeepers, Clients and Directors.

You will be responsible for

Planning work from clients onboarding through to final reviews
Allocating work, setting budgets and reviewing work and WIP
Working with your clients to understand their business and finances
Developing a team able to offer an efficient, agile and knowledge service
Providing innovative solutions to clients and the Firm
Develop a specialism in a sector, systems use, training or technical requirements

If you want to use your ACA or ACCA qualification to the full, continue to develop professional and help others to do the same, this is the role for you.
