We are partnering with a UK Top list accountancy firm to find a part or fully qualified Accountant to join their Corporate Finance team, working with their most lucrative client portfolio.

The Corporate Finance team manage considerable transactions each year, with the largest so far to date over £100m. They have substantial experience and have developed an outstanding reputation in the industry.

This is an amazing opportunity to step outside of your Accounting role into one that will see you take on a more commercial post as Corporate Finance Executive.

Regular tasks will include:

Due diligence and reporting
Analyse of historical data of businesses
Create initial business and/or funding plans and financial forecasts
Assess external valuation reports, evaluate to the business and/or funding plan
Working with the team to prepare for client and funding meetings.
Assisting managers in the planning, control and review of larger, more complex assignments
