We are working with a desirable AJ100 practice located in Bristol that is seeking a Junior BIM & Digital Coordinator to join their award-winning team

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's largest practices that possess over 300 members of staff across a collective of 9 studios throughout the UK.

The Certified B Corporation focuses on both public and private sectors with project values ranging from £1M - £50M+.

This multi-award-winning practice is seeking a proactive individual that is working towards or already obtained, a BIM or Construction related degree.

You are expected to have the knowledge and understanding of the industry standards and be able to implementthem on large projects.

Other responsibilities involve assisting in the creation of the company suite of BIM documents and identifying areas of development and best practice within BIM.

Junior BIM & Digital Coordinator
Bristol
:

Working towards a BIM or Construction related degree, or already obtained
Join the BIM Team, supporting the development and implementation of BIM & Digital workflows.
Understanding industry standards and implementing them in projects.
Create and develop the company suite of BIM documents.
Identify areas of improvement and best practice within BIM.
Meet project delivery requirements providing ongoing support.
Project audits.
Proactive
Desire to learn and develop skills in the construction industry.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Problemsolving, selfmotivating and able to prioritize/delegate.

BIM tools

REVIT and Navisworks.
Clash Detection.

The salary for this Junior BIM & Digital Coordinator is £22,000 - £25,000+ (DOE).
