Key Responsibilities

As a Lettings Valuer at Johns&Co, you will:

Oversea and manage a portfolio of properties
Maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords, addressing their feedback and concerns
Play a key role in helping to grow and maintain our managed portfolio.
Organise and carry out Market Appraisals
Gain comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area, including schools, developments, and local amenities

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience in a senior lettings position or valuer within Estate Agency
Adaptable and resilient
Track record of success achieving and exceeding targets
A strong understanding of the lettings process and current legislation
Strong attention to detail
ARLA qualified (_desirable_)
Hold a valid driving licence (_essential_)

£21,706.70-£77,007.43 per year
