Key Responsibilities

As a Lettings Valuer at Johns&Co, you will:

  • Oversea and manage a portfolio of properties
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords, addressing their feedback and concerns
  • Play a key role in helping to grow and maintain our managed portfolio.
  • Organise and carry out Market Appraisals
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area, including schools, developments, and local amenities

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a senior lettings position or valuer within Estate Agency
  • Adaptable and resilient
  • Track record of success achieving and exceeding targets
  • A strong understanding of the lettings process and current legislation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ARLA qualified (_desirable_)
  • Hold a valid driving licence (_essential_)

£21,706.70-£77,007.43 per year
