Job Description:
Venator is currently recruiting for an E&I Planner to join the Greatham site Central Planning team.

The overall purpose of the E&I Planner is to ensure that all the engineering work required to maintain and improve production is resourced and scheduled in the most effective manner to maximise uptime and reliability at target cost.

Job responsibilities include:

Liaise with operations teams, engineers and relevant stakeholders to evaluate, prioritise and manage work requirements while ensuring resources required to perform the work are available.
Prepare draft and final plans for review and approval by the relevant engineering and operation teams.
Coordinate all the resources and services required to complete the tasks contained within plans.
Produce information and KPIs to reflect work management performance and advise the plant team on remedial measures where necessary.
Review actual performance against plan and implement improvements where deviations are highlighted.
Live and demonstrate behaviours that drive a positive valuesbased culture.

Job-Related work experience, Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

Preferably a HNC qualification in Instrument or Electrical Engineering with a recognised trade qualification and / or experience in planning/scheduling.
Experience in operating in a high hazard (petro) chemical production environment is necessary.
Familiar with SAP PM planning and supporting systems. A good working knowledge of pressure system inspections and instrumented trip testing requirements is essential.
