Duties & Responsibilities of the Operations Manager

Management and ownership of operations for your event(s)
Budget responsibilities, including management of cost trackers and regularly forecasting operations costs
Ensure a highquality customer experience pre, during and post the events.
Ensure services from suppliers are all delivered to the highest standards
Oversee creation and maintenance of the Exhibitor Manual
Manage the contractor selection processes
Management of all comms with contractors
Manage the floorplan(s), adhering to all technical requirements of the venue and event
Research, including visiting other events
Full onsite management of the event(s) including buildup and breakdown.
Work with Operations Execs to ensure all processes and systems are up to date
Washup conduct full debrief / wash up of event and any postshow report as required
