Description

As you will be working in Retail this role requires you to have good presentation of yourself, have positive/ helpful attitude towards the customers, and excellent communication skills.

You will be required to have a helpful attitude between both staff andcustomers.

As a Security Officer,you will be working in a well known store, providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike, as well as acting as a visual deterrent to help prevent/minimise stock loss.

This is a fast paced environment, and requiressomeone who can work well under pressure.

When working in this store, you will be representing BardWood as a business and will be required to set a very high standard, as well as setting a good example to all staff and customers.


Shift Pattern: 8-10 hour shifts, 45 hours a week

Pay rate:
£10.09

You must be available to work both weekdays and weekends.

**Role requirements: - Communication must be to the highest standards

  • Customer focus must be to the highest standards
  • 5year checkable work/career history.
  • Full confidence to be able to work in a oneman store.
**Required duties: - Patrol Premises,, Monitor Entry and Exit Points of the Retail Store.

  • Call Help in Emergency Situations, Circulate Among Visitors, Operate Theft Detecting Devices.
  • Dealing With Large Crowd, Building Customer Relations
**Essential skills needed: - Experience in a similar role, would an advantage

  • Physically fit to undertake given tasks
  • Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure
  • Effective Communicator
