What is the job role?
Henley Green Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a KS2 TA to join our team. We are a two-form entry Primary School, judged Good by Ofsted.

Our support staff are crucial to the smooth running of our lovely school, they get involved in a wide variety of activities on a daily basis, such as:

  • Working with individuals or groups of children to develop their intellectual, emotional and social needs
  • Assisting with learning activities to develop children's knowledge through support and encouragement
  • Making observations of the children's progress, attitudes and behaviour
  • Preparing resources and activities
  • Administering first aid and medication
  • Displaying children's work to celebrate their achievements
Who are we looking for?

This role will be the right fit for you if you are:

  • Able to support all children with their learning needs
  • Passionate about improving learning opportunities for children
  • Happy to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
  • Able to communicate well with children and adults
  • Are kind, patient and caring
  • Recognised and relevant qualification at NVQ 3

Work Pattern
35 hours per week

Term time only plus 5 Teacher days
