WHSmith are seeking a driven and dynamic Team Leaders to join their team.

The Team Leader will provide exceptional customer service, proactively dealing with all customers, making the most of every sales opportunity and acting as an ambassador delivering the WHSmith brand to all our customers.

The role requires shift work and flexibility.

With busy flights landing and taking off day and night, will your team and store be consistently ready to provide an efficient, friendly service? That's just one of the challenges you need to think about as airports are some of WHSmiths most demanding retail locations.

As a Team Leader, you need to get your store running like clockwork by inspiring your people to go the extra mile.
