Description
PDSA is a special organisation that touches the lives of pets and people across the UK. What we do matters. We exist to provide compassionate vet care for those in need. We are here for the person and their pet, as a family.

About the role

We are passionate about being a great place to work, where people feel connected with what we do and where they feel they can make a genuine difference.

This commitment resulted in us being included in the Top 25 Best Companies to work for in the UK - a title we hope to retain in future years to come.

We are now looking to appoint a colleague engagement partner to develop and implement strategies to increase employee inclusion and engagement, work with leaders and employee groups to ensure colleagues voices are heard and enable our colleagues to be inspired by the part they play in our vision and mission.

This role is a chance to play a leading part in our organisation as we drive improvements, adapt to change and involve and engage our people along the way.

Sitting within the broader people function and part of the organisational development and engagement team, the responsibilities include the development and implementation of our communication and engagement plans, managing our communication channels, designing and delivering organisationtal engagement activities and leading and developing our internal colleague forums and groups.

The role also leads on the delivery of our engagement surveys, identifying trends and sharing key findings to enable action.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about the role people play within an organisations success to influence people practices across PDSA, engaging with all colleagues, at all levels across multiple different disciplines.
