Description
Customer Services Advisor, you will provide accurate and efficient product and service support to our client base and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Retain client accounts
- Website design
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with our clients through open and interactive communication and delivering positives
- Go the extra mile to achieve increased customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Identify Upsell/ Cross Selling opportunities
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Ad Hoc Tasks
As a Customer Service Advisor, you may be required to undertake other duties or work at additional or other addresses from time to time as we may reasonably require meeting the needs of the business.
Skills required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident on the phone
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
- Professional telephone manner (will be required to speak to clients and members of the public)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Fast learner
- Enthusiastic
- Confident to use own initiative and work as part of a team
- Experience using Microsoft and Google products (Word, Excel etc.)
Additional Information:
- Hours of Work 9am 5pm/ 9:30am5:30pm Mon-Fri
- Holiday entitlement 24 days per year plus bank holidays
